2. Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter notification. This must include:

- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of a court in the jurisdiction where udrops is located.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Repeat Infringers
udrops reserves the right to terminate, without notice, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
